The petitioner has challenged the order dated 01.02.1987, passed by Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Karnal as well as order dated 09.01.1989, passed by the Joint Secretary, Local Government, Haryana, accepting his appeal and revision petition respectively and further reducing the annual rental value of Unit No.IX – 459 situated in the Municipal Limits of Karnal for the year 1985-86 to Rs.1500/-.
The house consists of four rooms, a kitchen, a store and a varandah, the assessment of which was fixed at Rs.1500/- per annum. The impugned order appears to have been passed after hearing the parties and the authorities have also passed the detailed order.
No grounds to interfere.
Dismissed.
