The facts of the case reveals that prior to the filing of the instant writ petition another writ petition was preferred by the petitioners bearing No.2781 of 2007, which was decided by this Court and was tested before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP which disposed it of by observing that the said writ petition No.2781 of 2007 be considered afresh in accordance with law as early as possible. In the meantime, the petitioners have filed the instant writ petition with certain amendments to the contents already mentioned in CWP No.2781 of 2007.
In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to amend the said earlier writ petition

which has been directed to be reconsidered afresh.
The prayer is accepted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid granted.
