Mr. Aggarwal submits that in view of the fact that certain disputed questions of fact and recovery of certain amount is involved in the matter, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of alternative remedy.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
