The selection was made in the year 2006 and the petitioner alleges that persons involved in the selection making process had indulged in nefarious activities which resulted in the deprivation to the petitioner of his right to be appointed at that point of time. He, however, was appointed as a guest faculty teacher.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the petition is highly belated, and even if it is to be accepted that the respondents had been indulged in the activities which are dubious, still it is too late in the day for the petitioner to rake up this matter in the year 2011.
For the aforesaid reason, the petition is held to be without any merit and is dismissed.
