The petitioner is a mother, who has approached this court for transfer of retail outlet in her name on death of her son. In the reply, objection is raised that the retail outlet cannot be transferred in the name of the mother. It is also disclosed that the wife has approached the respondent-company for transfer of the retail outlet in her name. The application filed by the petitioner has now been rejected.
Counsel for the petitioner prays for time to file a fresh petition to challenge the order of rejection.
The present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order.
