The petitioners have joined investigation. The injury
though with Gandasi is simple in nature. Counsel for the complainant says that tractor is yet to be recovered. It is alleged that an attempt was made to crush the complainant with the tractor for bad purpose. Recovery is essential.
The petitioners, if required for recovery of tractor, may be called to join investigation. Otherwise, the order dated 2.2.2012, is made absolute. The petitioners would be at liberty to approach the trial Court for regular bail. Once the challan is presented, trial Court would consider the case for grant of regular bail in the light of order passed by this Court.
