The instant petition was filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus that his result for the interview which was conducted by the respondents be declared as has been done in the case of the similarly situated candidates.
The respondents have filed a reply and have stated that the result has since been declared in which the petitioner stands selected.
Having regard to the aforesaid when the prayer of the petitioner stands answered, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
Needless to say that the logical consequences of the selection
will follow.
