The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR No.243 dated 28.11.1998 under Sections 323,325 and 452 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Pataudi, District Gurgaon (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-4).

In compliance of order dated 07.1.2011, the Sessions Judge, Gurgaon has sent a report after recording the statements regarding compromise. As per this report, joint statement of accused Chet Ram, Narender, Manoj Kumar @ Pappi, Anil Kumar and one Ishwar have been recorded. As per statement, compromise has been effected between the parties. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 also appeared through counsel and filed their affidavits stating that they have entered into compromise with the petitioners and have no objection if the FIR in question is quashed qua petitioners. . Compromise (Annexure P-4) is annexed with the petition.

In view of the affidavits of respondent Nos.2 and 3 dated 10.2.2011, the FIR No.243 dated 28.11.1998 under Sections 323,325 and 452 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Pataudi, District Gurgaon, is quashed with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua petitioners in view of law laid down in Kulwinder Singh and others versus State of Punjab and another 2007(3) RCR (Criminal) 1052.
