Learned State counsel states that the matter regarding the reimbursement to the petitioner on account of the medical expenses is under process and in all likelihood this would be finalized and amount due to the petitioner shall be disbursed to him within a period of four weeks.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the entire amount due to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today positively.
