The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of Ashok Kumar for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and call him to the Police Station without issuance of notice as required under Section 160 Cr.P.C.
Notice of motion was issued on 8.12.2009.
In response thereto, reply on behalf of respondent-State has already been filed and the same is on record.
In the reply, it has been mentioned that the petitioner is neither required by the police authorities nor any complaint or FIR is pending against him.
In view of the reply filed by the respondent-State, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
