Present: Mr.Ballram Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr.Gaurav Garg Dhuriwala, AAG, Punjab.
Mr.Gaurav Garg Dhuriwala, learned AAG, Punjab on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh submits that in compliance of the directions issued by this Court on November 22, 2010 in the same terms as in Crl.Misc.No.M-31918 of 2010, the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State and the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation, the interim directions issued by this Court on 22nd November, 2011 in the same terms as in Crl.Misc.NO.M-31918 of 2010 are made absolute.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
