This petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by Shokat, Wahid and Mubarik, petitionersaccused, for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 321 dated 25.9.2011 under Sections 379, 411, 188 and 120-B IPC in Police Station Tauru, District Mewat. They were allowed interim anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 1.11.2011 subject to the conditions incorporated therein.
On instructions from Bachhu Singh ASI, it has been submitted by State counsel that the petitiones have since joined the investigation and are no more required for further investigation.
In these circumstances, the order dated 1.11.2011, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions incorporated therein. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
