Heard.
It has been submitted by the learned State counsel that the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 21 dated 5.4.2011 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 448 IPC in Police Station City Phase 1, SAS Nagar, Mohali, and that no such FIR is registered with that police station. He has produced copy of the FIR on record. It is very much clear from that, that FIR is registered in Police Station Phase 11, SAS Nagar, Mohali.
In view of that submission of the learned State counsel, this petition is hereby dismissed.
