Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab has handed over an affidavit of Sub Inspector Mohinder Singh, Investigating Officer, which is taken on record. He has stated that trial is listed for today for further evidence and only three witnesses are yet to be examined on behalf of the prosecution.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states let trial be expedited and he is not pressing this petition at this stage.
