Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 28.01.2011 and he has joined the investigation.
Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on the instructions from ASI Dara Singh, who is present in person states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 28.01.2011 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner-accused shall participate in the investigation as and he is required.
