Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 1.2.2011 and he has joined investigation.

Learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Karan Singh, states that the petitioner has joined investigation.
Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 1.2.2011 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner – accused shall participate in the investigation as and when he is required.
