The parties have reached compromise and have already moved to Family Court for divorce on the basis of mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
In this case, warrant of arrest has been issued in respect of the petitioner for not depositing the maintenance allowance. As per the counsel for the petitioner, the amount has been deposited and the liberty of the petitioner was protected. Counsel for the respondents admits that the parties have reached compromise and the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu marriage Act has been filed.
In this view of the matter, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
