In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has raised a grievance that FIR was registered on 17.05.2011 but there has been no progress in the investigation.
At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Des Raj, who is present in court, submits that investigation of the case is already in progress and two of the accused were arrested by the police during investigation. He submits that investigation is likely to be completed shortly whereafter final report shall be submitted before the competent court of jurisdiction.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage by this court.
