This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the respondents for expediting the investigation and to submit a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Amarjeet Singh, who is present in court, assures the court that investigating agency shall endeavor to conclude the investigation at the earliest and present its final report before the competent court.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further
orders are required to be passed by this court.
