Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has joined
the investigation in terms of the order dated 08.7.2011. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel on instructions received from ASI Balwinder Singh and further submits that Section 307 IPC has been added only on the basis of statement but without medical report.
In view thereof, the order dated 08.7.2011 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions already contained therein.
Petition is disposed of.
