No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not appearing intentionally in view of the observations made by this Court in the order dated 5.8.2011. As per that order, their counsel was to seek instructions from them as to whether they were ready and willing to hand over the possession of the land in dispute to the complainant and her family members immediately after the expiry of the period of lease or not.
On account of the absence of the petitioners, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
