Petitioner No.1 Irshad having been arrested, petition on his behalf has become infructuous.
So far as petitioners 2 and 3 are concerned, learned State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Puran lal, informs that petitioners 2 and 3 have been found innocent during inquiry. The petition qua petitioners 2 and 3 has also become infructuous.
The petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, it is ordered that in case petitioners 2 and 3 are required to be arrested at any subsequent stage, they will be issued 7 days notice in writing to enable them to avail the legal remedy.
