Petitioner has not complied with the interim direction dated 02.06.2011. He has not paid the sum of ` 10,000/-. Besides this, the petitioner has not complied with the conditions of Panchayati compromise, Annexure P-1, regarding getting divorce from the complainant.
Since the petitioner has not complied with the interim direction dated 02.06.2011, this petition is dismissed. The Investigating Officer, present in the Court, is at liberty to arrest the petitioner.
