Without expression of any opinion on merits of the
case, it is sufficient to observe that the petitioner is not named in the FIR nor he was got identified in any identification parade. He has been involved in the case on the basis of statement of his coaccused who was arrested in another case. Co-accused of the petitioner Hardeep Singh has also been granted the concession of bail by this Court on 04.04.2011. Adopting the principle of parity, the petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner will be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond/surety bond to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
