This is an application for regular bail in a pending trial case registered vide FIR No.49 Dated 18.4.2011 under Section 326 IPC read with Section 34 IPC (subsequently converted into Section 307 IPC read with Section 34 IPC) at Police Station Nangal.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 21st April, 2011 whereas no injury has been attributed to them.
This fact is admitted by the counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without making any observation on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds and surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
