Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instructions received from Sub Inspector Lakhminder Singh, the petitioner had joined the investigation and was released on interim bail pursuant to the orders dated 5.7.2011. He is not required for further investigation.
In view of the above facts, the interim order dated 5.7.2011 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions contained in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
