Prayer in the present petition, which was taken on judicial side on an application submitted by the petitioner before the Hon'ble Inspecting Judge, is for grant of regular bail. The petitioner is an accused in FIR No.13 dated 06.02.2011, registered under Sections 20/25/61/85 NDPS Act at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda.
Learned State counsel submitted that the recovery of 24 Kg of Ganja was effected from the petitioner and co-accused and they were apprehended at the spot.
Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I do not find it to be a fit case for granting concession of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage.
Dismissed.
