In terms of the order passed by this Court on 16.09.2011, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioner No.2 has also joined investigation and got recovery of the dowry articles made.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, submitted that recovery of the dowry articles have been made from petitioner No.2.
Considering the aforesaid facts, interim bail granted to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to their complying with the provisions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands disposed of.
