Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who is accused in case FIR No.48 dated 02.03.2010, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, Ludhiana District Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was merely an employee of the loanee. Presently, entire loan has been cleared. It is further submitted that the company has already issued “No Due Certificate” to the loanee. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2010.
Learned counsel appearing for the company, which advanced loan to Suresh Dubey (deceased) and Seema Dubey, has not disputed the aforesaid fact.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts, in my opinion, the petitioner deserves the concession of bail pending trial. Accordingly, he is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.
The petition stands disposed of.
