By filing this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, petitioner seeks quashing of order dated November 18th , 2004 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amritsar (Annexure P- 3), whereby, he was declared proclaimed offender in case bearing First Information Report No.10 dated February 2nd , 2004, under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Vigilance Bureau Amritsar 2. On September 22nd , 2011, this Court passed the
following order: -

Meanwhile, Baljit Singh-petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on or before September 30th , 2011 and move an application for bail and trial Court shall admit him to bail to its satisfaction till further orders.”
