By way of filing the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated March 10th , 2010 (Annexure P3) passed by Special Judge, Jalandhar in case FIR No.13 dated June 12th , 2006, registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, whereby, the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender.

The petitioner is ready to face the trial and if the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court, he shall be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Court. In this case, co-accused has already been acquitted.
In the meantime, if the petitioner comes to India to face trial, he shall not be arrested.”
