On the instructions of HC Balwinder Singh, learned State counsel informs that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Without expression of any opinion regarding the legality and propriety of the manner in which prosecution has been launched u/s 420 IPC, the petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation. The petitioner will not commit the same act of which he is accused of during pendency of the trial.
