This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct investigation of FIR in question in a fair and impartial manner.
Learned State counsel, at the outset, assures the court that investigation shall be conducted in a totally fair and impartial manner and shall be supervised by a senior officer.
In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
