This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed in case bearing FIR No.114 dated 31.07.2008, under Sections 452, 325, 324, 323, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, SBS Nagar, District SBS Nagar.
Learned counsel has argued that the petitioners were regularly appearing before the Court but since compromise talks were going on, they being illiterate thought that they did not have to appear.
In my opinion it would be in the interest of justice if the petitioners surrender before the trial Court and move an application for regular bail. The said application will be decided by the Court on merits within period of five days in case the petitioners so surrender.
The petition is dismissed with the aforesaid terms.
