I have gone through the details of status report submitted by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Faridabad dated 30.06.2010 and 16.09.2011 and I am satisfied that best possible efforts are being made to trace the daughter of the complainant who had allegedly been kidnapped by the petitioner and his brother. The petitioner has been granted the concession of regular bail.
In the interest of justice, an additional direction has been given to trace the daughter of the complainant. The investigation of the matter has already been entrusted to Special Investigating Team. The petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner Vakil Khan has already been allowed.
In view of the above circumstances, I do not find any sufficient ground to issue any further directions or to suggest any mode for tracing the daughter of the complainant. Hoping that in due course of performance of its duty, the Police of Faridabad will make their best possible efforts to trace

the girl. As and when the daughter of the complainant is traced, it may be intimated by Advocate General, Haryana.
