Jaibir Vs State of Haryana& Ors.

This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for handing over the investigation of the case FIR No.301 dated 18.11.2010 under Sections 420, 384, 426, 423 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Suraj Kund, Faridabad District Faridabad to some higher police officer of other District or another independent agency.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to restrict his prayer only for issuance of direction to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation and submit its final report in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the receipt of a copy of this order.
