Counsel for respondent-Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (for short, “HSIIDCL”) makes a statement that the impugned notices are being withdrawn subject to their right to revive such notices in case the services provided by HSIIDCL are put to use by the petitioner(s). For this, HSIIDCL will issue an appropriate notice to those petitioners, who use the facilities and if any amount is to be recovered from them.
In view of the above statement made by the counsel, these writ petitions are rendered infructuous and are disposed of with this common order.
