The petitioner in the present case is Lambardar of the village. The allegation against the petitioner is that she identified wrong person on the basis of which sale deed was registered fraudulently.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is Lambardar who has to act with some responsibility, I do not find it to be fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The petition is dismissed.
Interim relief already granted to the petitioner stands vacated.
