The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside judgment dated 2.2.2011, Annexure P1, passed by learned Additional District Judge, Palwal vide which appeal filed against order dated 28.7.2008, Annexure P2, passed by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Palwal, rejecting the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs, was dismissed.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for withdrawal of this revision petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
