This is a petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under section 306 IPC vide FIR No.21 dated 11.2.2011 at police station City South Moga, District Moga.
Learned State counsel (on instructions from SI-
Gopal Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 08.04.2011, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 08.04.2011 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
