This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to take legal action against respondents No.5 to 9 with a further prayer that the investigation of the case may be handed over to some independent agency.
Learned State counsel has point out at the outset that investigation of the case has been completed and final report is likely to be submitted before the competent court shortly.
In view of above, it appears that no cause of action survives in this case as investigation has already been completed. The prayer for handing over the investigation to independent agency is also redundant in view of the fact that the investigation is complete. No further orders are required to be passed in this case.
Disposed of.
