This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.136 dated 13.12.2010 under Sections 420/498-A/406 IPC, P.S. Baghapurana, Moga.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 14.1.2011 and he has joined investigation.
