This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.131 dated 14.08.2009 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 326 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Ambala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom as the same is a counterblast to the FIR No.163 dated 06.08.2009 registered under Sections 323, 324, 506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Baldev Nagar, Ambala registered at the instance of petitioner No.8 against respondent No.2 and his family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as raised herein, before the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
