The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of Radha and Kuldeep for protecting their lives and liberty at the hands of private respondents.
Reply on behalf of respondent-State has already been filed and the same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State on the basis of reply submits that statements of the private respondents including mother and brother of petitioner No.2 were recorded and they have stated that they have no objection with regard to said marriage and both the petitioners are residing somewhere else and they are not aware with regard to their whereabouts.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-State, no further action is required and the same is disposed of accordingly.
