The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for issuing directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their lives and liberty and not to harass and humilate them at the instance of respondents No.4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that threats are being given to the petitioners continuously on mobile phone and the petitioners are apprehending threat at the instance of respondents no.4 and 5.
