The petitioner has invoked the powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide the civil suit ('Nirmal Singh versus Narinder Singh) pending for 22.02.2011 at an early date.
The suit was filed on 05.03.2007 and the same was dismissed in default on 28.05.2009. Thereafter, it was restored on 22.05.2010 and it is still not mature for arguments.
In these circumstances, no grounds for early disposal are made
out.
Dismissed.
