Perusal of the impugned order passed by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Election Tribunal, Fatehgarh Sahib, shows that the dispute is pertaining to the election of Gram Panchayat Village Kotla Jattan, held on 26.06.2003. During the pendency of the present appeal before this court, the term of Gram Panchayat has already expired.
The present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
