This petition assails the order dated 17.11.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge, Hisar, directing the parties to maintain status quo regarding possession over the suit property.
The first Appellate Court, while granting exparte injunction by passing the order of status quo with regard to possession, has not considered the plea with regard to the stay of execution of the impugned decree as well as alienation of the property.
As such, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Court to consider the said fact also, on the filing of the fresh application in this regard.
