Counsel for the petitioner states that he was not allowed to examine the Handwriting & Finger Prints Expert by way of rebuttal yet he could be permitted to examine him by way of additional evidence.
Learned counsel wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move for additional evidence before the trial court.
In view of the matter, this revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
