This petition assails the order dated 31.05.2010 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Additional District Judge (Ad hoc) Fast Track Court, Mansa, allowing the application filed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and directing the petitioners to refund the excess amount received by them by way of compensation qua the land acquired by the Government.
The detailed award has been passed regarding compensation to the legal heirs of Chuhar Singh alias Bachana Singh.
No grounds to interfere.
